Delivery Policy
Packaging, Confirmation & Delivery of Products:
All purchases made by FoneBazar will be meticulously packaged and dispatched securely. Upon placing an online order, customers will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details about the purchased product. FoneBazar is committed to delivering products on or before the date specified in the confirmation email, excluding bank and national holidays. Products will be sent to the address provided during the purchase. We primarily utilize the Royal Mail Next Day Recorded delivery service for most of our products, typically arriving within 1-2 working days.
- Delivery of Products Conditions:
- Customer Unavailability on the Day of Delivery: If a customer is not available at the delivery location, a delivery notification card will be left. Upon contacting and confirming the preferred delivery date, we will make a second attempt to deliver.
- Delay in Delivery: While a delivery date is indicated for all products purchased from FoneBazar, if the customer does not receive the product on the specified date, a complaint can be submitted directly to info@fonebazar.com. Further action will be taken based on the received complaint.
- Loss of Product Parcel: In the event that a parcel is not received or has been lost, the customer has 10 working days to declare the loss. If a loss of parcel complaint is submitted within the specified time, FoneBazar will make an attempt to redeliver the product and complete the claim process, considering all collected information. The carrier will provide the final response related to claims within one to three weeks.
- Confirmation of Receipt of Product: Upon delivery, all products purchased from FoneBazar will require acknowledgment in the form of the customer's signature, confirming receipt at the provided address.
- Mistaken Invoice for Product: If any mistakes are made by the customer during the online purchase, it should be promptly communicated to FoneBazar via email or phone within the allocated time duration.
